**must be adopted with Beth** Rip (born February 2022) is a handsome white and grey fellow. He is very timid at first, and needs someone who will have patience with him. He is a very good boy, just very cautious and doesn’t like a lot of commotion or loud noises. He would do best in a quieter home without dogs or small kids. He is a play machine!!! He loves to run around and chase his sister Beth, but he would definitely benefit from someone who will play with him on a regular. He likes to play with all kinds of toys. He likes wand toys that have feathers attached, and he will jump so high to try and catch them. His all time favorite toy is a wand toy that the string and actual toy part is broken off of. It literally just has the plastic wand part of the toy left. His foster parents call it “Rip’s stick” and it will definitely be going to his new home with him! For some reason he loves to play with the stick end of the toy. He’ll run all over the place trying to catch it! If you run it around him he will chase it in circles over and over again until he starts panting. You end up having to make him take a break until he calms down, because he will just keep going and going! He’s a very vocal cat and a lot of times he will speak when you call his name. He loves to lay on the cat tree in front of the window so he can see all the birds, animals, and people going by, so a window perch or cat tree in front of the window would be great for him. He is slowly starting to like pets more and more as time goes by. It might take a little time to earn his trust, but once you do it is so worth it. Rip is in a bonded pair with his sister, Beth so they must be adopted together.
