My story

Outgoing, Social, AdorableI’ve been fostering Berkley (A1201264) for over a month. Whenever you speak to her, she’s all ears! Her expressive, silly, and floppy ears (one more than the other) perk up when you talk to her. She is happy to make friends with new people, is the best co-pilot on car rides, and loves cuddles in the morning!Berkley is friendly and easily makes pals with other dogs, too! She is in heaven when you take her to the dog park or doggy daycare - she will run around and play chase with other friendly pups. She is even a bit of a celebrity because she is admired for how well she plays with other dogs!She loves to play with her humans, too! We haven’t seen her with kids, but she would likely adore an older kid to run around with and chase after toys. She’s quite playful and athletic! She’s had professional training and knows sit, down, and wait - and gently takes treats that are offered. She will also go into her crate (though, truthfully, she’d rather be with you!) and sleep through the night.Berkley was surrendered by her previous humans, who fell on hard times, but we know that she is a GREAT dog, instantly lovable, super fun, over-the-top adorable (those ears!!), interactive and curious, and will make a great family member.
