Izzy

My story

Izzy is a sweet shepherd mix with a playful spirit, a loving heart, and all the qualities that make a wonderful companion. Izzy enjoys the simple pleasures in life, whether she's soaking up the sunshine, exploring the yard, or getting her exercise with a good run. She has a great energy level for play and activity, but she’s also happy to entertain herself and relax nearby while her people go about their day. When the day is done, Izzy is all about her people and would love nothing more than to curl up in bed with her favorite human. Izzy's ideal home is a quiet, adults-only household where she can enjoy a predictable routine and build trust at her own pace. She can be cautious when meeting new people, but with patient introductions, her sweet and loving personality shines through. Izzy would prefer a cat-free home and tends to do best with smaller dogs. She has experience living with small canine companions and enjoys having dog friends she can play and coexist with. If you already have a dog at home we'll arrange a meet and greet to make sure they're a good match. After nearly two years of waiting, Izzy is more than ready for a family to call her own. She's affectionate, intelligent, and full of love to give. If you're looking for a loyal best friend to share life's everyday adventures, Izzy may be the perfect fit. Schedule a meet and greet today and discover just how special Izzy is! My adoption fee is $260 and includes the following: -Spay/neuter surgery -All current vaccinations -Microchip -FREE wellness exam through VCA Animal Hospitals -$25 gift voucher from our friends at My Pet Market
