Hi, I’m Rosa, a sweet fluffy lady with a love for the finer things in life—like cozy spots to nap and plenty of tasty treats. I melt every time someone calls me the prettiest girl, so don’t hold back on the compliments! Let’s keep it simple: treats, naps, and love, and I’m all yours.FOSTER TYPE: FospiceFOSTER REASON: I have a pretty severe heart murmur so my doctors are working hard to keep me comfortable but nothing is cozier than a Fospice home! I need a foster that will give me lots of love and attention through my last bit of life! My fosters should be comfortable giving me oral medications and bringing me to the SPCA of Texas to visit my vets every now and then.
