Charlie -- HELP

My story

DOG IN DIRE NEED OF FOSTER OR ADOPTER! Charlie, an 9-year-old mixed Staffordshire terrier, needs a specific adopter-- can it PLEASE BE YOU??Charlie is low-maintenance, very intelligent, and loves to chase his favorite ball off leash...however, his current foster of over a year has no yard, and Charlie has not had one single application. He is neutered and fully vetted, and HE MUST FIND A NEW HOME! We are seeking a foster or adopter. He is difficult to place because he needs to be THE ONE AND ONLY IN THE HOME, and NO SMALL CHILDREN. Charlie would flourish (!!) in a loving, quiet home with laid-back adults who have a fenced yard. Charlie can be a bit aloof and growly at times, but he is completely housetrained and sleeps peacefully well over 8 hours a day. He needs an experienced dog lover who understand his boundaries and can respect his need for space. We don't know what he faced in his past, and we have to respect his needs. Of course it's a tall order, but it could be YOU! Or someone you know! Charlie is facing behavioral euthanasia if no one else steps up to give this boy a chance...please...he needs a yard, and he needs some peace and quiet. Can you please help?
