Meet Carmen! Carmen is a 2-year-old long-haired Chihuahua with the sweetest face and a heart full of love. This adorable little girl wants nothing more than to be by your side, but she’s also perfectly content hanging out on her own while you’re busy. She’s great with dogs of all sizes and loves children, though due to her small size, we recommend a home without young kids for her safety. Carmen is typically a quiet companion, only using her voice to alert you when someone’s at the door. She’s always happy to see you, wagging her tail and bringing a smile to your face every time you walk in. This small but mighty girl is ready to bring joy and love into a home that will cherish her.
