My story

Ruby’s the kind of girl who’s just waiting for her moment—the one where she locks eyes with her person and everything clicks into place. She’s one part chocolate lab, one part marshmallow, and one hundred percent ready to leave shelter life behind. Ruby came in with her buddy Max, and while they’ve had each other through thick and thin, they both know it’s time to find their own couches to crash on and humans to adore. She can be a little unsure at first when the leash comes out, but don’t let that fool you—give her a few minutes, maybe a few kind words and a treat or two, and she’ll be trotting at your side like she was born for adventure. Once she's met you, she’s all tail wags and happy energy. She’s affectionate in that soft, snuggly way that makes you want to cancel your plans and hang out on the floor with her instead.
