My story

Meet Tosca – Graceful, Loving, and Ready for Her Forever Home Tosca is a stunning 1.5-year-old girl with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. She’s playful, curious, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s loyal companion for life. This sweet girl adores attention, enjoys the company of other dogs, and loves her walks with her foster mom. She’s blossomed into a confident and joyful dog who especially enjoys playing in the doggie play areas with her furry friends. Tosca’s story is one of heartbreak and hope. She was abandoned by her owners and waited in the exact same spot for days—hoping they’d come back. She never left, clinging to the idea they’d return. Thankfully, our rescue partner SOS el Arca Animal Rescue stepped in and gave her the second chance she so deeply deserved. With time, love, and care, Tosca has come out of her shell and now seeks affection from her caregivers and volunteers. She’s ready to love again—and be loved right back. We would love to bring Tosca to New York if we find the right adopter or foster-to-adopt home for her. She truly deserves a soft landing.
