My story

Cardamom, also know as “Mama”, is a sweet and silly kitty with a lot of love to offer! Cardamom was found off the streets of LA as a malnourished and very pregnant cat. She was either abandoned or left astray from her previous owners as she was wearing a dirty pink collar with no tag and no microchip. Despite her circumstances, she has retained her loving heart and is more than ready to settle down into a safe and loving home. Cardamom loves to be around people. As soon as you enter the room she’s there to greet you. She’ll follow you when you go to shower and sneak into bed with you when you go to sleep at night, and when she’s not right next to you she’s still staying closely nearby. She loves her scratching posts, wand toys, and especially loves to play hide and seek in her carrier with her kittens. While she does enjoy sometimes playing with her kittens, she doesn’t seem to like other cats all that much, and would do best in a home where she can lounge around, sun bathe, and have the occasional fun play session with her human! When she wants to play, she’ll let you know as she shows you her zoomies! She enjoys gentle occasional head and back pets but is sensitive with butt scratches. Since she lived so long on the streets, treats are a delicacy to her. She is always appreciative of a yummy churu stick or a handful of temptations.
