Hi, I’m Colorado—a 1.5-year-old Lab mix with soft golden fur, big brown eyes, and a heart full of hope.Life’s been a little confusing lately. I was surrendered by my previous family because they had too many dogs, and now I’m trying to find my place in a noisy, busy shelter. It’s been hard—I’ve been feeling anxious here—but I promise, there’s a loyal and loving pup underneath it all just waiting for a chance to shine.I weigh about 58 pounds and would thrive in a calm, patient home where I can decompress and learn to trust again. I’m not broken—I’m just a little overwhelmed. With time, love, and gentle guidance, I’ll be the kind of best friend who’s always by your side.
