My story

Wake | 55lbs | 2 Years Wakey, wakey, eggs and bakey — I’m up, I’m wagging, and I’m ready to steal your heart (and maybe your breakfast, too)! I arrived at K9s For Warriors in May of 2025, after passing my initial assessments with flying colors — no surprise there, if you’ve met me! I’m a bright, eager pup with all the makings of a loyal companion and a natural-born best friend. If you’re not a morning person, don’t worry — I’ve got that covered! My signature “awoo!” is the ultimate alarm clock. I’ll be your sunrise serenade, complete with a tail wag and big hopeful eyes that say, “Let’s make today amazing!” I’m packed to the brim with energy and personality — expect zoomies, happy hops, and maybe a goofy tumble or two. I’ve never met a toy I didn’t like or a yard I didn’t want to sprint across like it’s my personal racetrack. But don’t let my playful side fool you — under all that pep is a big ol’ softie who absolutely lives for belly rubs and cuddle time. One look into my eyes during a snuggle session, and you’ll be hooked. Whether I’m learning new commands, playing fetch, or just flopping at your feet for a nap, I give every moment my all.
