My story

Meet Frodo! 8-Week-Old Male Boxer/Bulldog Mix Currently located in Denver, CO Frodo got his name because of the “one ring” around his tail. Don’t worry, though, he doesn’t want to journey to the dangerous cliffs of Mordor; he wants to come live with you! Just like a real hobbit, Frodo loves 2nd breakfast (he currently eats four meals a day), lazing around in the shade, and spending time with his friends. Frodo was born shortly after his mother was found dumped outside a small SoCal mountain town. Luckily, a Good Samaritan family picked up the mom and successfully helped her deliver a litter of healthy, boxer-mix babies! Currently weighing in at a healthy 11 lbs, this little guy will probably be about mid-sized, 40-50 lbs when fully grown. Frodo was the last pup born in the litter of 7, but he’s never let that hold him back. The first to run to the gate to say hello, this little goof-ball will as easily fall asleep in your lap as find the largest dog toy to drag around. He’s inquisitive and kind, loves snuggles from adults and children alike, and was excited to meet his dog-foster sibling. Like his littermates, Frodo has been pampered and socialized since the day he was born, and has the personality and sweetness to prove it. He would be a wonderful addition to a family looking for a 4-legged friend to love. Currently fostered in Denver with the Samaritan's sister, he’s eagerly awaiting his forever-family!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Frodo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
