You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Little Eloise was found on the Eastern Shore of VA extremely underweight and heartworm positive. She was also anemic and is being treated for a tick disease. She has started her heartworm treatment and is eating heartily. She is very affectionate and sweet.
