My story

Meet Dewayne, the sweetest, most gentle soul you’ll ever meet. This amazing pup has the calmest, kindest energy for such a young dog. He’s a little shy at first, but once he realizes he can trust you, his quiet affection starts to shine. Dewayne absolutely loves other dogs they help bring out his playful, confident side, and it’s truly heartwarming to watch. He comes alive when he’s around dog friends, making a home with another friendly pup the perfect fit for him. Dewayne is wonderful in his crate it’s his safe space, and he’ll often tuck himself in when he’s feeling unsure. He’s doing well with potty training, especially when he’s feeling confident, and he's already crate trained like a pro. He’s still working on leash walking and isn’t a fan of too many stairs, but with patience and positive reinforcement, he’ll get there in time. He’s a quiet observer, happy to lounge nearby and watch the world go by. While he has his playful moments especially when squeaky toys are involved! He’s more of a laid-back guy who prefers gentle interactions. His puppy energy comes in bursts, but they don’t last long, and he’s always ready for a nap and some calm snuggles. Dewayne would thrive in a relaxed home with another dog to guide him and help him build confidence. He’s incredibly loving and just wants to feel safe and adored. When you’ve been gone for a bit, he’ll bounce with joy like a little cat pouncing it's the cutest thing! His joy is contagious when he's with other dogs, and his timid nature fades away in those moments. Dewayne deserves a peaceful, loving home that will give him the time and support to blossom. He’s ready to give his whole heart to the right person or family.
