My story

Say hello to Toe—a sweet, spunky kitten whose name might make you smile. She arrived at the shelter at the end of June with her siblings Tic and Tac, forming the purrfect trio: Tic-Tac-Toe! While their names are playful, this crew is seriously adorable—and ready to find their forever homes. Toe is a soft grey beauty with eyes the color of cocoa powder, warm and full of curiosity. She’s friendly, gentle and always up for playtime or snuggles. Whether she’s pouncing on a toy or cuddling in a cozy corner, she’ll melt your heart faster than you can say “X marks the spot.” As with any young kitten, adopters should be prepared for: * Bursts of high energy—think toy chases, zoomies and playful tumbles * Supervision and kitten-proofing to keep her safe and out of trouble * Consistent care and socialization, including gentle handling, routine vet visits and lots of love * A bit of patience as she learns her way around your home—and your heart Kittens like Toe thrive with interactive play, cozy naps and companionship (human or feline!). She’s ready to bring joy, laughter and maybe a little mischief to her new family. Toe may be the final name in the lineup, but she’s a first-place winner in charm. Come meet Toe today—and let this little Tic-Tac-Toe champion mark the start of something special. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
