My story

Lemon (aka Dora) is a beautiful Tabico (tabby mixed with calico) girl with the cutest little face.  She is very adventurous and loves to explore new spaces in her foster home.  She is playful, curious and the first to try new things.  She plays very well with her sister, Misty (aka Grapefruit), and would love a playful kitty buddy.  She loves to play in her tent and tunnel, wand toys, interactive toys, balls and crinkle toys.After a hard day of play, Dora is ready to cuddle.Apply to adopt to schedule a meet and greet with Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange.  Most kitties will also be attending our weekly adoption event on Saturday, 12-4pm at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd. Get $50 off the adoption fee for a pair of kittens. All cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, FELV/FIV tested, microchipped, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
