My story

Meet Romero, a three-year-old terrier mix who weighs in at just 13 pounds. This little guy is happiest wherever the people are. If you sit down, you can bet Romero will be curled up next to you or stretched out across your lap in no time. He’s very food motivated, which makes training easy and fun. He’s already off to a great start and eager to learn more. Romero gets along well with the other small dogs in his foster home and would likely do just fine with cats and kids too. He’s still figuring out what toys are all about, but he has proudly claimed a turtle toy that is almost the same size as him and carries it around like a pro. While he may bark a bit when first going into his crate, he settles down with a little time and gets comfortable.
