My story

Meet Blue! Blue is a 2-year-old Basset Hound mix weighing in at just 20 lbs — the perfect size for cuddles and car rides! He came to us as an owner surrender from an older woman who, living in an apartment, wasn’t able to give him the exercise he needed. Blue has a moderate energy level: he’s ready to play and run when it’s time, but once he’s had his fun, he’s happy to relax and lounge around. He’s great with other dogs and absolutely adores kids, making him a wonderful family companion. He’s house trained, has never been crated, and while we haven’t cat-tested him yet, his sweet nature gives us hope he could do well with the right introduction. Blue is looking for a home where he can stretch his legs, get in some playtime, and be part of a loving pack.
