My story

Luca is in some serious bad need of a adopter. He was taken in by a teacher last year who has not been able or willing to get him any vetting or ANYTHING. He is on a tie out in her front yard and she has three kids and says she can't take the dog anywhere because she has kids. This is clearly a neglect case. He is having allergic reactions to the food she's feeding him and doesn't get heartworm or flea meds, nothing. We need a loving adopter to take him in who can afford food he's not allergic to. We will vet him but he needs a home where he's a priority and inside unless he's going on a walk or in a fenced yard where he can run around like a dog should. We are looking for a non smoking home and a home where someone is working from home. It'd be best for his adopter to get health insurance on him. He will need to be on premium food.
