Meet Mabel! Mabel is a beautiful female Carolina/cattle dog mix, weighing in at 29 pounds and estimated to be around 1-2 years old. She was found alone and sadly never claimed, but that hasn’t dampened her joyful spirit.With her striking grey eyes and soft, dilute-colored coat, Mabel turns heads wherever she goes. Whatever her breed mix may be, one thing’s certain—she’s full of love, energy, and charm. Mabel is a bouncy, affectionate girl who’s always eager to make new friends, both human and canine.She enjoys going for walks and has a medium to high energy level, making her a great companion for an active lifestyle. We believe she’s dog-friendly, though a meet-and-greet is required if you already have other dogs in the home. Her compatibility with cats and children is currently unknown.Whether she’s curled up on the couch or exploring the great outdoors, Mabel is happy just being by your side.Mabel is part of our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows her to live in your home while she completes her vetting.
