My story

Meet Cassius! Cassius is an adorable American Pit Bull Terrier mix, just a little over 2 months old. With his soft white coat covered in cute black spots and a perfectly spotted nose, he’s as handsome as he is sweet. This brave boy came to us very sick, but he fought hard and made an incredible recovery. Now, he’s back to being a happy, playful puppy! Cassius is still a bit underweight, so continued good nutrition will help him grow strong and healthy. Cassius has the best personality — he loves everyone and everything! He’s especially fond of cats and spends his days wrestling and playing with his feline foster siblings. He’s gentle and respectful, knowing which cats want to play and which ones prefer space. When he’s not playing, Cassius is a total snuggle bug who loves burrowing under blankets (heated ones are his favorite!). He’s working on his potty training and already understands that “outside means potty.” He’s also crate trained, though he still uses puppy pads at times. Cassius is a quick learner who already knows the word “no” and listens well for such a young pup. Cassius is looking for a family ready to take on the rewarding responsibility of raising a puppy. Consistent training, patience, and follow-through will be key to helping him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. In return, he’ll give endless love, loyalty, and joy.
