ALL ABOUT ME  Name: Pepsi Age: 6 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Medium Poodle mix (potentially a standard poodle mix) Colour: Black Weight: 14kg / 31lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY Hi there! I’m Pepsi. I had a scary start—I was rescued just in time from the euthanasia list at a city pound. Thankfully, kind rescuers saw my situation and gave me a second chance at life. Now I’m healthy, happy, and ready to find my forever family who will love me, keep me safe, and let me finally feel at home.   MY HEALTH Fully vaccinated (5-round series complete) I’ve been neutered and have no known health issues.   MY PERSONALITY I’m super friendly and affectionate with people—I absolutely love attention, cuddles, and being close to my humans. When I was first rescued, everyone thought I might be a Schnauzer mix because my fur was shorter, but now my coat has grown beautifully, and I look much more like a Poodle! I’ve come out of my shell a lot—while I used to be standoffish with other dogs, I’ve made more dog friends and enjoy playtime. Still, I’m a people-loving pup who truly thrives on human companionship.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS With People: I’m a super sweet, friendly pup who adores people! I love pets, attention, and showing my belly as a sign of trust. You can easily scoop me up for cuddles. I haven’t met many kids yet, but my gentle, easygoing nature would make me a great companion for calm, dog-savvy children. I don’t guard my food and love being around people, making me a relaxed, loving friend for any family. With Dogs:  I’m super friendly with my dog friends and have grown so much in confidence! I love doing playful bows and inviting my buddies to join me in fun games. I’m curious and social, and while I enjoy meeting all kinds of dogs, I generally get along best with pups my size or smaller. Playtime is one of my favorite ways to bond and show my happy, goofy side! With Cats:  My reaction to cats is to be determined. A cat test can be arranged upon request to find the best match!     ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES I have a moderate energy level, which means I love spending time outdoors exploring and enjoying the fresh air. At the same time, I know how to settle down and relax once I’m back indoors, making me the perfect balance of playful and calm.   TRAINING & HABITS I walk well on leash, though I may pull a little at times, and I follow my handler’s lead. I’m potty-trained for indoors and outdoors, don’t guard my food, and know how to get on and off a car. I can bark for attention but also enjoy calm downtime in my kennel. In new places, I might mark a bit, but with gentle guidance, I’ll adjust quickly. I’m eager to learn and be the best companion for my loving family!   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. A family that can shower me with love and attention.   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a super affectionate, people-loving pup who has blossomed into a bubbly, social boy. I was a little shy with dogs at first, but now I express myself confidently and love making new friends—human and canine!
