Ares

My story

Ares is a 35 lb good boy that loves people. He is a bit fearful so slow introductions to people and dogs is important for this boy. He came into the shelter because he was left alone in front of a home where he was abandoned. We don't know how long he was out there alone, which make all the sense in the world why he would be fearful of life. He is a snugglebug and is good with other dogs that have his own calm energy. We are not sure of cats but he does have some prey drive. He needs a family that understands him and is patient with him. He would be great as an only dog and with children 12+. He needs a fenced in secure yard. No apartments or condos please. He is good on leash and is crate trained.
