My story

Maple is a one-year-old Mastiff mix who may be petite in size, but she’s overflowing with personality, playfulness, and charm. Now in the care of Big Hearts for Big Breeds, this sweet young girl is ready to find a forever family to grow up with. Maple is the sibling of some familiar Big Hearts faces—the beloved “Friends” crew, Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, and Janice—but she’s just beginning her own rescue journey. Like her siblings, she is shy and timid at first, but she truly has a loving heart and is eager to make lasting connections with the people around her. Still very much a puppy, Maple loves to play and brings a fun, energetic spirit wherever she goes. She does well with other dogs and was around cats when she was younger, giving her a solid foundation as she continues to learn and mature. With continued guidance, socialization, and plenty of positive experiences, she’s sure to blossom into an incredible companion. Maple is looking for a family that will embrace her youthful enthusiasm, celebrate her milestones, and give her all the love she deserves.
