Rocky

My story

I`m a new 1 year old Retriever and Labrador mix here at the shelter and my name is Rocky. My owner had to move, and I wasn`t allowed at his new apartment. I am 48 pounds of trim, healthy and playful puppy with a very happy personality. I like to get pets everywhere, play fetch with spiky balls and stuffed toys, and most often I return them right to you. I come running when my name is called. I already know `sit, stay and come` and I would gladly learn to give a `high five or roll over` as I like to learn for treats and will take them gently from your hand. I walk pretty well on a leash but could use a bit of refinement.I have made new friends at the shelter and enjoy playing with Thor, our 130 pound Great Pyrenees. It`s quite entertaining to watch. My previous owner reported that I did well living with another dog and a cat so bring your current dog with you when you come to meet me out so we can check each other out. I have not been dog reactive at the shelter. Whether you`re looking for an adventure partner, hiking buddy, someone to act as a car ride buddy or a loyal best friend, I am your dream dog. I am ready to bring joy, laughter, puppy energy, and awesomeness into your home.I am neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and house broken! Are you psyched to meet Rocky, you should be! Please call my friends at The Humane Society of Sedona at 928-282-4679 any day of the week 10am-4pm; excluding major holidays to schedule an appointment to visit and play with me.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Rocky, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
