Broley's StoryMeet Broly!Broly is a lovable, goofy boy with a big heart who is looking for an adult-only home where he can truly relax and be himself. This handsome boy has earned the nickname gentle giant because he is big, strong, loving, and eager to please.Broly has the perfect balance of wanting to be with his people and enjoying his own quiet time. He loves playing ball, going for walks, riding in the car, and soaking up attention from the adults he knows and trusts. When he sees one of his favorite people, expect happy tail wags, an excited little whimper, and a big smile as he eagerly waits for affection!On a recent walk, Broly was excited and pulled a little at the beginning. After being asked to sit a few times and then given the command to walk, he settled down beautifully and became a wonderful walking companion. He passed several dogs without reacting and continued calmly on his way. Because Broly is a large and powerful boy, he needs someone who is comfortable handling his strength.One of Brolys sweetest qualities is how he checks in with his handler and looks for approval. He wants to know that he is doing a good job—and, of course, he loves hearing that he is a very good boy!After he has had his fun, Broly is just as happy to curl up on a comfortable couch or dog bed for some well-earned relaxation. He enjoys having his own space and will let you know when he is ready for quiet time.Food is definitely the way to Brolys heart! He is very food motivated, loves treats and bully sticks, and already knows several commands, including sit, down, roll over, kennel, and recall. He will even bark on cue when you excitedly ask, Who is it? Broly is a smart boy who enjoys learning and would thrive with continued training and positive reinforcement.Broly has a lower energy level and doesnt require endless exercise. A nice walk, a little playtime, quality time with his people, and a comfortable place to relax would make his day complete.Broly can be unsure of strangers at first and appreciates slow, respectful introductions.
