My story

Meet Scotty, a tiny 8-pound Chihuahua with a huge heart and plenty of life left to share. At 12 years young, Scotty has been through a lot. He was found wandering the streets, dehydrated and in need of kindness. After a few days of rest, good food, and gentle care, his sweet little personality began to shine again. Scotty has recovered his spunk—and now he is ready for the loving home he truly deserves. Scotty has only one tooth, but it certainly does not slow him down. He happily enjoys wet food, small-pellet dry food, and little treats. And with just one tiny tooth, he is clearly not looking to bite anyone—only to steal hearts. This affectionate senior boy loves being held and cuddled. He is small enough to fit perfectly in your arms, on your lap, or beside you while you relax. What he wants most is not a busy group-rescue setting, but a real family of his own: a peaceful place where he can feel safe, loved, and included for the rest of his life. Scotty may be a senior, but he still has love to give, comfort to offer, and happy moments ahead. He is looking for someone who sees beyond his age and his little one-tooth smile—and sees the gentle, deserving companion underneath. Could you be the person to warm Scotty’s heart?
