Zola

My story

Zola… a sweet 6 month old little girl who has already overcome so much is now ready to discover the world. She dreams of a warm home where she is loved and never has to leave again. She is currently in Mexico and she is looking for a foster/adopt or direct adoption. Zola was only a few days old when her life began in the most difficult way. She was found together with four other tiny puppies, all of them far too young to survive on their own. Their mother was nowhere to be found. That same evening, one of the little puppies passed away. A few days later, another tiny life was lost Of the five little souls, only three survived. Zola was one of them! Because they were so young, they needed round-the-clock care. They could not eat by themselves yet, so our wonderful volunteer Rosie bottle-fed them and gave them the warmth, love and care they desperately needed. And look at Zola now. That fragile little puppy has grown into a happy, playful and loving girl who is ready for the next chapter of her life. Zola is: Sweet and affectionate Happy and playful Curious and cheeky Eager to learn Gets along well with other dogs Loves attention and cuddles A little cautious with people she doesn’t know yet Zola is still very young, so there is so much for her to discover. New people, new smells, her first walks, learning the rules of family life and finding out how wonderful the world can be. Everything is still new to her, and with patience, love and consistent, positive guidance, Zola can grow into a wonderful and loyal companion. She has already fought hard for her little life, now she deserves the chance to simply be a puppy. A warm home. A family of her own.
