Hi there, I'm Rugger! Life in the shelter is okay, but I'm dreaming of a forever home where I can show off my playful, friendly nature. I'm a curious fellow, always eager to explore new places and meet new friends. I'm proud to say I'm potty trained and leash trained too! I'm full of energy and love to jump and play.
