Prior to joining PetSmart Charities, Phil served in strategy roles for various organizations, including Republic Services, American Express and IBM, with a proven track record of strategically advising Fortune 500 firms and non-profit organizations to enhance profitability and growth.
His areas of expertise include operations, supply chain management, and organizational change across multiple industries, including electronics & high technology, chemicals & petroleum, consumer products, and retail.
