My story

Hi, I’m Renesmee. When I first came into care, I was pregnant and very scared. I had a litter of babies while I was here, and I was incredibly protective over them—nothing mattered more than keeping them safe. I wasn’t sure about anyone, and I made it clear that I didn’t want to be messed with. Since having my kittens, I’ve softened up a little bit. I’m still not completely sure about humans, but I’ve learned to trust a little more over time. I’m still a bit temperamental at times, especially if I feel threatened or uncomfortable, but deep down, I’m just trying to figure things out. I’m looking for someone who understands that I’m a work in progress. With patience and time, I know I can become a loving companion, but I’ll need a person who respects my space and gives me the time I need to adjust and feel safe. Could you be the one to help me find my way to a loving home?
