Lyle

My story

Lyle is a funny senior blind guy that came to us from Santa Maria Animal Shelter because staff fell in love with him and wanted him to have a chance to live out his life in a loving home. He learned his way around our rescue quickly, and although shy at first, he does well with the other dogs, likes treats and lets one know what he is thinking. He tends to 'talk'. Claimed to be in stages of kidney disease he has put on weight and is doing well. He is not a cuddler and prefers his own space and often sleeping outside. He will benefit from food and love. He loves to wander in and out and is rather active for an old blind guy not without his issues. We think he deserves a chance at a loving home.
