Snookie

My story

Snookie is an 11 lb male Bichon that needs a foster ASAP while we find him a new home. His previous owner no longer wants him as the kids that he was purchased for as a puppy are now all grown and out of the house and the current owner was never a "dog person" to begin with. His current home life is not giving him the love he needs as his owner is always getting mad at him when he lifts his leg inside and yells at him. : ( Snookie... was never neutered and is such can be a leg lifter if you leave him alone at home, so he will need to wear a belly band when you are not home and he will need a frequent potty schedule. He does NOT like being crated and will cry and howl if you try to crate him. He is just such a sweet dog looking for someone to love him back and not be mean to him. Snookie would do best with someone that is home all or most of the time (a retired person or work from home person or person that only works part time) He needs someone willing to put a belly band on him, especially when he is left alone. He is GREAT with other dogs and GREAT with kids as well. He does have a heart murmur which doesn't effect him at all and is healthy in every other way. He is very affectionate and loves to be with his humans. Due to his murmur he cannot be neutered now or have his teeth cleaned unless the vet says it would be safe.
