Artemis Blake - Very loving

My story

Artemis Blake comes from a shelter in Cibolo. He was unneutered, and being spring, Artemis likely had become intolerable. He smelled like a Billy goat and probably screamed to be let out to find mates. Instead of helping him, His so called family tossed him out. This huge panther like, black cat, scared the neighborhood he roamed and was quickly picked up by animal control. They called him Blake. I added the Artemis. Somehow, I agreed to take Artemis Blake. At home, he loudly promised to 'kill' or fight all my other cats, if he ever got out of his cage. I kept the faith he could be saved, because he never turned his anger towards me. He was always gentle. Sooo thankfully, once neutered, this 'Cat from Hell' transformed into a gentle giant, fella that playfully chases butterflies and grasshoppers. Artie loves to give gentle head butts and nuzzles my face. He sleeps quietly with me at night. He is also dog-like, in that he listens and understands quite a lot of what is asked of him. What more can I say, his personality is full of surprises. Artemis Blake is a rare gem of a cat. A perfect indoor cat, he loves to stay inside. he would also be a perfect indoor cat with a bit of outdoor access for a family with a few acres. Artie's panther like walk, and that permanent, stern expression is just part of his unique charm, he is really a gentle purr machine and sweetheart.
