My story

Gidget Grigio is a beautiful petite blue, crème or muted calico short hair female approx. 3yr. Her adoption fee is $75. She has been vetted and spayed. She is good with other cats and older kids. Dogs? The typical sad story, “I got a kitten and threw it outside unfixed to fend for itself”. She has been cared for by an animal lover and recently brought into a spare bedroom. Her caretaker is moving and can’t take her with so she must find a new inside only home for life but were running out time! PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! IT’S A LIFE! When her rescue mom enters ‘her room’ Gidget meows with happiness and rubs rubs all over her legs waiting impatiently for her brushing and attention! All this love must be new to her as she can get over stimulated but it’s easy, you just have to ‘read’ her. She wants to be brushed and she wants to play but it seems she was never taught to do anything but survive. On the positive side she has settled down so much since she was brought in, she just needs a loving person to continue showing her how to live. Boxes and interactive toys like feather on a stick and shoe lace drag as well as the Fling ama String and the $2 ‘cat dancer’ toy are positive reinforcements that will get her energy out once she is taught how to use them. Kitty treats and a tall cat tree sitting in front of the window with the sun rays beaming in are all happy things she would love. Below information is for preventative purposes… Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It’s a blockage, it’s painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. It’s simple to monitor. Just make sure there is at least one good size pee ball in the litter box a day. A quality hard food along with a can of food a day is a must for cats to help manage their fluids. Dry foods that help maintain UTI health are Hills, Purina Pro Plan, Urinary Tract Health and other quality foods. Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! They need a cat tree, laser lite, inside home ADOPT Gidget Grigio FOR LIFE! CNPS text 602-332-6615 email badkittyts@aol.com REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE ADOPTING A PET YOU ARE ADOPTING A FAMILY MEMBER FOR LIFE! THEY ARE NOT THROW AWAY TOYS! WHEN YOU MOVE YOU TAKE YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR BELONGINGS, YOUR PETS. IT’S A LIFE, A COMMITMENT TO THE END. If you need any type of help with an animal this is a great place to start. Click on the drop box link and get the ‘Help for Dogs and Cats’ info flyer. It will have many resources for you to use to help save that animal's life.
