My story

Harley is so handsome! Look how nice he sits for his picture hoping that someone special will pick him. He has such a story to tell. He and his 3 brothers were brought into our rescue vet's office by a local breeder to be euthanized for no other reason than because he was tired of caring for them. He had stopped feeding them. Our vet frantically called us and begged us to take them into rescue and, of course, we just could not let these innocent little lives be snuffed out. One of their parents is a Labradoodle, the other an Australian Shepherd. We're calling them Aussiedoodles. Harley is one of the puppies. He was the second smallest of the group. We have gotten him neutered, dewormed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and up to a healthy weight. He is ready to find a kind, loving family who will treat him as a cherished member of the family. He is so sweet and VERY smart and loves to get attention from people. He is also good with other dogs and even cats. Harley's adoption fee is $650 (that includes ground transport from Houston, TX to the Chicago, IL area). Adopters must fill out a complete application to be considered. Transport is arranged to adopter upon finalizing the adoption. Harley is currently in his foster home in Houston, Texas.
