**Courtesy Post** Here’s TEDDY!!!! He is about one and a half years old....barely out of puppy hood, 18 pounds, super friendly, a licker, good on a leash, crate and house trained. He does chase squirrels and cats a little because....he’s a Jack Russell and that’s what they do!!!! Teddy is neutered and vaccinated. He is a light heartworm positive, but we are not doing the harsh treatment/injections on him. As you can see from his video, it is not affecting him at all! All he needs is a Heartgard each month and he will be good to go. All the adult worms will die off in 10-12 months. Teddy would love a little friend to play with..male or female...he likes all other dogs. He needs a securely fenced yard...no chain link or electronic fencing. He requires a home with no kids under 12 years of age and no apartments either. His adopter must be willing to drive to the Houston, Texas area to get him. In order to adopt you will need to be comfortable with a home visit and have a good vet reference.
