My story

Mr. Darcy was adopted August 2020! Mr. Darcy's stats: Age: 3 months Good with kids: I don’t know if I’m good with kids yet. Good with dogs: I haven’t met dogs yet. Good with other cats: Yes Suitable for townhouse and/or apartment: Yes Activity level: I am still growing and will need lots of care and interactive play! Mr. Darcy writes: I love to play and cuddle. I like meeting new people and will cuddle right up with them and treat them to my purr. I love playing with my brother and sisters. My foster mom tells me I am a very and loving boy. Hobbies: playing with string toys, wresting, cuddling. Favorite Toy: balls and toys on strings. Favorite Napping Spot: on the bed especially if my foster mom is with me. HOW I CAME TO THE PGSPCA I was found in a ditch on the side of D’Arcy Road – that’s how I got my name. I was very scared and lonely because I was all by myself. Luckily, I moved in with a litter my age in a great foster home. I now feel part of the family with my feline brother and sisters. We can’t wait to find a warm and welcoming forever home. DREAM FAMILY I would love to find a home for me and one of my siblings. We would love to live with people who like to play and will spend time with us. We like to wrestle with each other and we love playing with string and balls and mice. We can even make toys out of balls of paper. We would love to be part of a family who will take care of us and we will love you back. Please consult our ADOPTION FAQ (http://www.pgspca.org/adopt/frequently-asked-questions/) before contacting us. If you are viewing this listing on a site that is not Petfinder or Adoptapet, please check our main site: http://www.pgspca.org/adopt/adoptable-animals-2 for the most up-to-date information on this pet. If you are interested in Mr. Darcy, consider letting us know by filling out a (no-obligation) adoption application (http://www.pgspca.org/adopt/online-adoption-application/) and we will arrange a meeting. Mr. Darcy will be at our Kitten Palooza this Sunday at the Bowie Petsmart, from 11:30 to 1:30. Come meet him and a caboodle of our other adoptable kittens! To see who else will be there, check here: http://www.pgspca.org/adopt/adoption-show-attendees/. (Applications will be taken but no on-site adoptions will occur.) NOTE: We are an all-volunteer group and do not operate a shelter. All of our animals are in foster homes. Due to our requirement for a home visit, we generally only place animals within an hour's drive of Washington, DC. Questions can be directed to pgspca.adopt@gmail.com. Like us on FACEBOOK!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Adopted! Mr. Darcy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
