My story

Hi humans! I’m Trudy!! I’m looking for a home of my very own. Let me tell you about myself...maybe we belong together! I’m about one year old and have plenty of puppy energy! When I was rescued, I had broken leg. I had surgery to fix that but I wasn’t able to play like a puppy for a long time so I’m doing it now! I am a Rottweiler mix which means I am BIG. I absolutely love people (my foster mom says I’m like Velcro) but I’m pretty spunky so it’s probably best if I don’t live with smaller children. I could easily knock someone over by accident. Cats and small animals are a definite no. I have a high prey drive. I am getting better with the dogs in my foster home but I can play pretty rough and they don’t love that. I am spayed, vaccinated and potty trained. I still need work on basic obedience but I am super smart so I should be able to learn that stuff pretty quickly now that I’m all healed up. I love to chase balls and play with toys. I need lots of exercise. A fenced yard is ideal so I can zoomie a lot! My foster mom describes me as inquisitive, playful and cuddly. Basically, I’m awesome!
