My story

Snuggles is my name and snuggling is my game! I’m a six-year-old, ten-pound bundle of sweetness, looking for a forever home where I can cuddle to my heart’s content. I’m fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and on heartworm preventative, so all that’s left is to find a human who loves snuggling as much as I do! Do you fit the bill? I’m a dainty girl with classic chihuahua good looks, big brown eyes, and floppy ears that my foster mom calls “piggy ears.” If you look closely, you’ll see I have a tan heart on my face, which is perfect since I’m a true lover if ever there was one. My favorite thing to do is cuddle on your lap and fall asleep in your arms. Sure, I can be a bit shy at first, but once I trust you, I will let you cradle me like the sweet baby I am! Because I’m a bit timid, I need a home without small children, although teens are fine...the more napping buddies the better, right? I love playing with my chihuahua foster siblings, but I’ve never been around cats or larger dogs, so I’m not sure I’d like them. I confess I was a bit scared of my leash at first too, but I’m learning to enjoy my walks, and I will become even more confident if you keep practicing with me. Trust me, you’ll enjoy strolling through the neighborhood with a beauty like me! You’ll be even prouder of my potty training--I haven’t had an accident yet!
