Penelope loves getting attention from her foster family. While she would prefer to be the only pet in her forever home, she is willing to tolerate a calm cat or dog as long as she gets unconditional love from her new owner. Other pets in the home would need to understand that she doesn't want to be their best friend because that spot is taken by you! Cats are tested for FIV/FeLV and negative unless otherwise noted. For kittens, it is rescue practice to test mother cat, or ONE kitten per litter.
