COVID-19 Protocol: Adoptions will be done by appointment only. If you see a pet you are interested in please call the Franklin Township Animal Shelter at: (732)-873-2500 ext. 6255 and leave a message with your name, phone number, and the name of the pet you are interested in. You must leave a message so that we can return your call to schedule an appointment. Listings are updated on a weekly basis. Jerry! His brother Tom (the tuxedo) was just recently adopted and now he's looking for his forever home! Jerry is a little shy at first, but when he warms up to you he will be your best friend! He loves to play, chase after toys and loves feathers. Jerry is an all around good guy! Come make Jerry a part of your family! Our adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $60 per pet with a discount available for adopting two animals together. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens from the Franklin Township Animal Shelter are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm.
