My story

Oh my! A Chocolate Beagle! This sweet boy Derby is approximately 8yrs old, and weighs 20lbs. Derby is very shy but warms up quickly. He loves to snuggle up with his person at night getting as close as possible to you in bed. During the day he won't come to you yet but does love to have his chin scratched when he does come close to you. Derby is good with dogs and cats and would do really well having a dog companion. He goes to the door when he wants out and will beat on the door If you don't let him back in as quickly as he would like (he doesn’t want to be an outside dog ever again). He loves being indoors but likes to sunbathe as well. Given a little time and love he will be an excellent companion.
