Baby Huey aka Hippo

My story

Baby Huey is about 5 years old, very loving, crate and house trained. He’s active but not high energy. He’s more interested in a short easy walk and then lounging on his dog bed or the patio. We feel he should go to a home with no or very little stairs. He’s not athletic. He’s a gentle boy. Great with dogs, cats and other animals. He was most likely hit by a car when he was on the streets. He had some serious road rash when rescued but it’s healing nicely. He does have a little bit of arthritis in his back legs. We suspect he was not properly exercised and needs to ease back into shape. Because his ears are cropped, they need regular cleaning to help prevent ear infections. Other than that, he is a sturdy, healthy boy. PLEASE NOTE THAT HE IS VERY BIG! He is clumsy and strong on leash. 90lbs
