Yet, despite these challenges, Caesar`s spirit remains vibrant and full of love.This playful soul adores his yard time, splashing around in a kiddie pool, or playing with a hose. Watching him revel in the simple joys of water play is a heartwarming sight, and it`s just one of the many endearing qualities that make him truly special. With his zest for life, Caesar is sure to bring endless fun to any water-loving family.Thanks to the Underdog Under Construction Program, Caesar now has a chance to rediscover the pup he once was and to overcome his fears. This program is designed to help him build confidence and trust, especially as he tends to be a bit overprotective of his person. With patience and training, Caesar is learning to manage these behaviors, and he is eager to embrace the love and stability that a forever home can offer.Caesar thrives in an environment where he can build trust at his own pace.
