My story

Hey there, I`m Shyla! As you can see, I`m very photogenic and know how to pose! My dream is to be treated like a princess in a home of my very own. I happen to be one of the longest residents here at the shelter, and I try not to let it bring me down. People walk by my kennel every day, and I`m just waiting for one person to give me a real chance.Here`s a little more about me:- I`m house-trained and walk well on a leash- I love laying in the sunshine and playing outdoors- Active and adventurous? We`ll get along just fine!- I`m a senior gal, but I doubt you`ll be able to tell- I`d love to be spoiled as your one and only babyI`ve got the hang of the shelter routine and would really enjoy a place of my own to call `home!` A house environment over an apartment is ideal for my size and activity level. A backyard would be a huge bonus for me, but it`s not required to adopt me. As a 9 year old Pittie mix, I`ve been told I`m such a good girl. Please give me a chance outside of my kennel to show you! The best part? My adoption fee is SPONSORED! Complete an adoption application either in person at the shelter or online to meet me.
