Buddy the Heeler

My story

Please note that we are a TX based rescue that transports our dogs once they have been adopted. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. Our application can be found haydudeequine.org Buddys adoption fee is $250, and transport is $200. Buddy is a handsome 18-month-old Australian Cattle Dog blend who weighs approximately 48 pounds. He has striking heterochromia eyes and one myth says that dogs with heterochromia eyes can view heaven and earth at the same time. He is a very social and high energy dog. His ideal owner should have experience with herding breeds as they often can require extra training and exercise than more sedentary breeds. Buddy has a soft, thick coat prone to heavy seasonal shedding and will require frequent brushing to maintain a beautiful coat.
