My story

Hello friend! My name is Ayla and I am bonded with my sister and best friend Noodles. Our last owner tried so hard with us and we loved him dearly, but sometimes life happens and he had to make a tough, yet loving decision, and it helped us find ourselves at The Humane Society of Southern Arizona. We can be considered "Thing 1 and Thing 2" by how closely we look and by how similar our personalities are. For example, we both do not do well with smaller children, we both are selective of our dog company with other dogs, and we aren't sure how we feel about cats. We like to think that owning two dogs is better than one! Why are two dogs better than one? We always have a friend to be left alone with, we can give you double the loving kisses, and we can bring you twice the amount of joy. I can be a little vocal with loud noises, but I make up for it by showing open displays of affections- quite often. We think that we are both worth the patience and love that you will put into us.
