Meet Frank!Frank, also known around town as South Philly Frank, is a total character in the best possible way. He’s got a big personality, a bigger heart, and an even bigger love for all things food. Frank is a true people-dog who soaks up attention like it’s his job (and let’s be honest, he’s very good at it). He’s the kind of pup who makes you feel like the most important person in the world.
