My story

Is it a dog? Is it a bobblehead? It’s Chad! Chad is as goofy as they come. This kid bounces like a bobblehead when he is happy, which is almost all the time. He skips about and dances at any and everything he finds the slightest humor in. Particularly hilarious is when you have a tug toy in your hand. He will dance and skip around in excitement in anticipation of a game of tug of war. Chad isn’t your overly active go, go, go kinda guy. It doesn’t take much to tucker him out. This kid IS crabby when he is tired. Be forewarned! Let him crash! If there is a human lap for him to crash into, that's even better. You see, Chad loves to cuddle and thinks he is a lap dog. We hate to tell him that at almost 80lbs, he isn't exactly lap dog material. Shh. If you are into leisure walks, Chad will nominate himself as your walking buddy. A leisure walk around the neighborhood is all he needs. The smells and scents will keep the Bloodhound in him stimulated and content. Chad savors every moment when he’s on a walk. Be prepared for a 10-minute walk to stretch into a 30-minute walk. At the end of the walk, he is spent and will look for a human lap to crash in. Throw in a couple of butt scratches and behind the ears and you will send this boy into Dreamland. Fast. Did we mention he is a fast learner? He knows sit, learning down and touch. Chad loves hard. Once he forms a bond with you, it will be a bond he shares with you until he takes his last breath. Chad is estimated to be around 1-1.5 years old, around 80lbs Cane Corso Bloodhound mix. He is looking for a moderately active, relatively quiet and calm home where leisure strolls are an everyday thing. An enclosed yard is a plus as he has discovered the joys of sunbathing.
